Performs new workstation setups, deep cleaning, software/hardware installations and upgrades. Solves basic level networking and connectivity issues, including network printing. Assists with cabling projects. Gives general support with VOIP phones, email clients, security camera apps, printers, scanners, Windows problems, software fixes. Properly document hardware, software, and network settings. Provides onsite and remote support to our clients. Works with many types of personalities and communicates well with people in a friendly and confident manner. Prioritizes services calls and balances time management efficiently. Works well with team or independently.
